Justin Bieber may not be entering the United States anytime soon. The singer was indirectly involved in a Hamptons nightclub brawl last week, which involved members of his security team. The attack could lead to an assault charge against Bieber. If he is convicted with assault, it’s likely that Bieber will be banned from entering the U.S.

In the nightclub fight that took place last Saturday, members of Bieber's security team were accused of being “heavy-handed” and “intimidating” to others partying at the Southampton club South Pointe. Police were not called to the scene, but a local officer confirmed that a man filed a complaint after receiving medical treatment for injuries at a nearby hospital. Immigration attorney Richard Yemm told Star magazine that “if Justin is convicted of assault or battery, he could be refused admission to the United States or be placed into removal proceedings from the United States.”

The assault charges are just part of a string of bad behavior from the singer this year. Nude pics of him playing the guitar at this grandma’s house went viral earlier this week. TMZ reports that the nude pics were taken last Thanksgiving and were intended as a prank. His tour bus has been raided and busted for weed on two separate occasions this year; last month at the Toronto-Detroit border, and last April in Stockholm, Sweden. However, Bieber was not in the bus on either occasion and will not be charged with any crimes related to possession of weed or other drugs.

Bieber is also potentially facing assault charges after spitting at his neighbor during a verbal altercation earlier this year. He also tried to attack a photographer in London this spring and was spotted walking the city streets while wearing a gas mask. Bieber was also photographed with what appeared to be a joint in his hand during a house party last January. He indirectly apologized for the incident while guest hosting on Saturday Night Live the following month.

All of Bieber's bad behavior has been enough for Sharon Osbourne to jump into the fray and slam Bieber for acting tougher than he really is. "He's about as mean as a f*cking kitten and he's trying to act out," The Talk host said. "I think that he's lost. I think he doesn't realize that he's white and not black, and that's a huge problem."
