The Baby hitmaker and six pals stopped by Las Vegas Indoor Skydiving on 16 June (13), and before they left Bieber was given the option of either paying the $1,600 (£1,032) bill or posting a photo of himself at the site on his Instagram account.
The 19 year old chose the latter, but reportedly never followed through on his promise, prompting bosses at the centre to prohibit Bieber from ever returning to the facility, a representative confirms to E! News.
The singer and his crew were also reportedly very "disrespectful" to the staff during their visit, with the teenager acting "very standoff-ish" towards the personnel.
The star has had a rough few weeks - he injured his neck on Sunday (23Jun13) after falling down a flight of stairs and was recently investigated by the police following an alleged run-in with the paparazzi in Los Angeles.
