Custom officials in Munich seized the carpuchin on March 28 because the singer didn't have the proper clearance documents to bring the primate into the country during his European tour.
Bieber had until Friday to provide Mally's vacination and import documents to the proper authorities. According to Billboard.com, the pop star never contact officials to take care of the situation and retrieve the monkey. Therefore, Mally was officially transferred to Germany on Tuesday.
All hope is not lost. Bieber has six weeks to appeal the decision.
The Munich animal sanctuary that has been housing the monkey for the past couple of months is expected to send a bill to the singer for taking care of the animal.
